Astral Hypervisors and the rise of the telecommuter

The academic world is now seeing papers defining terminology such as TCDS (transcranial direct stimulation). This along with other directed energy methods is facilitating a technological sea change in the world of perception management. 

The entirely attractive Ms. Lauren Pritchard, formerly of Youtube.com (now mysteriously self de-platformed) insists that she has a neural link with an infamous super soldier. She actually believes that she can hold a telepathic conversation with the notorious grifter James Casbolt AKA Michael Prince. On first appraisal this appears to be the insane ranting of a schizophrenic. The fact that she's quite pretty helps the discerning male viewer to endure her inane prattling. Only the most serious of researchers or the most avid appreciators of the female form can withstand more than five minutes of her pseudo new age nonsense. If looks were enough to sustain a narrative then Sandra DaRoy would undoubtedly be more famous than Frederick Forsythe. 

But it transpires that there's somewhat more to this story than meets the eye. Casbolt may have been an ardent bullshitter, but some of the details surrounding his move to the U.S, marriage to heiress Hailey Meijer and subsequent incarceration fairly reek of clandestine involvement. As such the claims of Lauren Pritchard and some curious ambient evidence in her Youtube videos suggests that she's not as crazy as she sounds. Something I'm sure her customers would be pleased to know. There's something about having a crazy person wielding a pair of razor sharp scissors next to your eyes and jugular vein that feels a touch uncomfortable. Whatever her state of mind, her professional credentials indicate that she's not a danger to herself or others. This otherwise conventional reality starts to alter the picture represented by her outrageous claims. If she's been included in the frankly gigantic list of 'targeted individuals' then there's every chance she's being subjected to technologies and methods that fall into the category of MAS-INT, SIG-INT and ELF-INT. All of which are being used by agencies across the planet and all of which come under the heading of 'Directed Surveillance'.

The technology to artificially create a so called 'neural link' between humans and animals has existed for decades. So ubiquitous is this technology that (as mentioned in previous articles) cattle ranchers in the 1980's used it to call cows in for milking. Apparently the F.C.C were (and are) fully aware of the capabilities of this technology and have received reports of it being used on human beings. This raises the question of whether other U.S agencies have allowed this technology to be used against human beings. The answer of course would be something along the lines of ... fucking right they would. Furthermore, if the F.C.C have been aware of it for half a decade, should they not have instructed the general public to be on the lookout for deranged cattle ranchers with an eye for hot chicks, safes, expensive cars, helicopters, kilos of heroin ... and so on? Clearly this did not happen and as a result one must assume that it has been broadly kept secret. This should be of concern to everyone because the U.S clandestine community have lead the way in technological surveillance methods for some decades. 

Most other countries have followed suit in order to provide the greatest measure of control over their populations. This undoubtedly started with other English speaking nations and would be inline with what is known as the 'Five Eyes' group of nations. What this means is that federal agencies in the US and governmental agencies across the Common-Wealth have probably been using this technology for as long as it has been available to cattle ranchers. The foundation of 'Five Eyes' is the BRUSA Agreement (Britain–United States of America agreement). This codependent spying arrangement dates from well before the 1980's. The Atlantic Charter was the USA's 1941 internal mandate and BRUSA followed a mere two years later in 1943. This is a full forty years before cattle ranchers had access to this technology. It also fits in with the often hypothesised dissemination event of 1947 featuring the MIC whistle-blower himself, President Dwight D. Eisenhower.   

Five Eyes really only came to the attention of the English speaking world during the second Gulf War. The idea that Aussies and Brits could spy on Yanks and Kiwis (and vice versa) was broadly received with minor criticism. Had the populations of any of these countries woken up to what the hell was actually going on, there would undoubtedly have followed a period of substantial civil unrest. While the general attitude of "I've got nothing to hide so what's the problem?" has underpinned the growth of the surveillance industry it does not take into account the euphemism of 'Directed Surveillance'. Far from representing snooping, this spying classification actually refers to aggressive methodologies such as Co-Intel Pro. Waiting for the population to do something that requires a harsh response doesn't represent the 'best value' for contemporary enforcement and intelligence agencies. Consequently the entire industry has been subject to 'creative marketing' which basically manifests itself as entrapment. The methods utilised to entrap citizens are too numerous to list, however the symptoms can be readily seen in the popular press.   

Recently there was an incident in a rural diner in the US whereby a heavily armed gunman committed suicide in the toilets of an adventure park. By every conceivable measure he was preparing to commit a major 'live shooter event'. His equipment was tactical and his patches indicated a military or security connection. This 20 year old man (Diego Barajas Medina) appears to have thwarted the goals of his controllers by making the ultimate sacrifice. Were humanity less ethically debauched, he should surely have been posthumously canonised for saving what would most likely have been dozens of lives, most of whom would have been children.  

Since consumer technology could handle chat rooms, communicating instantly over digital networks has been on the increase. Real time telecommunication available to anyone with the funds to purchase a smartphone has come to define modern interaction. It would be reasonable to assume that virtual meeting software will adapt to the hardware and firmware technologies available. The uncomfortable subject of mind control has been discussed in numerous previous articles. From suicide cults on Facebook, to slave traders on the DarkWeb, the sinister and ethically bankrupt has always been facilitated by technological advances. Much of the recent development has featured encryption of instantaneous messaging and VOIP communication. It would be naive to think that the clandestine world has not been pursuing unaccountable methods to achieve similar results.  

The self proclaimed figurehead of remote viewing 'Major' Ed Grimes is hardly the most credible source. However his remote viewing products do seem to feature some form of neural communication. How exactly this is occurring and the technology underpinning such telemetry would of course be 'Major' Grimes trade secret. Nonetheless it doesn't take the detective skills of Inspector Morse to conclude that the technology used to mind control cows could easily be refactored to support two way communication via a low latency network. In technological terms it's the equivalent of wiring a printer into a telephone and creating a fax machine, bolting a walkie talkie onto a pager and creating a cellphone or putting microprocessors into vehicle control systems and creating anti-lock-braking. 

The 1994 American thriller film Disclosure, featured a virtual document and conferencing platform. The graphics were vector based with video inserts and represent an early vision of something akin to Skype, Twitch, MS Teams or Zoom. This technology was (according to the narrative) being delivered to high end business clients for the purposes of globalised industry. Patching in a cattle ranchers mind control unit to this system would undoubtedly have represented a major win for agencies such as DARPA and the DoD. Furthermore, the military have access to low latency networks that average consumers do not. The capabilities of HAARP have been shrouded in secrecy but theories regarding weather control and instantaneous communication have been circulating for some decades. 

The assistant of Wernher Von Braun went on record describing a ground wave based communication system she used in the 1980's. The usage was deemed appropriate by Von Braun to facilitate his assistant making a presentation on his behalf. He could hear the questions she was being asked and he could respond via a single earpiece she was wearing. According to Bonnie Holmes there was no delay whatsoever and it was crystal clear despite the fact that they were situated on different continents. Sending emotions and thoughts via such a network accounts for many of the rumours about what has been going on at the infamous Montauk base in Long Island since the 1970's. Their electricity usage is apparently immense and accusations regarding their creation of 'mind amplifiers' have been available in the public domain for several decades.

Using a neuro headset to literally 'pilot' other human beings has probably been happening for over half a decade. For those who are aware of it, this represents a viable 'field support' methodology. However for those who are not aware of it, it represents nothing less than a sickening evil which rubbishes the tenets of every faith system on Earth. When this evil is combined with the creative marketing of unaccountable agencies, the result is impossible to ignore. Many of the 'active live shooter' events feature assailants who have behaved in an extremely out of character fashion. Likewise many major terror incidents including those categorsied as 'domestic' have been explained by the authorities as fundamental extremism or schizophrenia. The chances are that many of them have been nothing of the sort and have actually been deliberate actions in the pursuit of a 'strategy of tension'.

The use of experimental technology on enemy combatants is regulated by the internationally recognised Geneva Convention. However the use of experimental technology on domestic populations is shrouded in secrecy. It's denied by every nation state represented by the U.N despite petitions and rapporteur seminars dealing with this exact subject. 

In no way can the gravity of this technology be understated. While Lauren Pritchard may represent the fringes of what anyone could call rational, she's probably not as crazy as she seems. The chances of her communications actually being with James Casbolt seem quite unlikely. More realistically there will be some compromised 'operative' utilising a James Casbolt themed 'playlist' of triggers and responses. They will be blatantly faking one side of the communication on the premise that they are handlers of an unaccountable operative. Dutifully carrying out their orders for an agency situated multiple degrees of separation away. The moral and ethical issues are negated by the fact that those fabricating the interaction are hopelessly compromised. They can't back out of it even if they wanted to. The chances are that they were acclimated in a similar if not even more insidious way. 

This is an inherent flaw in the strategic deployment of such psychological warfare methods. Layers of compromised operatives who simply do what they are told and no more, certainly does not equate to 'vigorous productivity'. This was identified by the C.I.A in 1964 and is still a major issue today - all over the world. The cross forces motto of 'Adapt and overcome' does not follow into the 'astral' realm. Instead the methodology is derived from the goals and ideals of various clandestine groups. Some of them have literally existed for millennia. 

The C.I.A is broadly accepted to owe much of it's formative success to the financial leverage of the Vatican Bank. This puts the extensive military resources of the U.S.A in the hands of an organisation that still maintains the ideals of the SPQR. Anyone even remotely familiar with Roman history will know that the senate of Rome was hopelessly corrupt. Their actions against sections of their own population read like something from the darker aspects of Lord of the Rings. Their re-branding as the Roman Catholic Church has been covered in previous articles and essentially underpins the global Christian world. The entire concept of Judaeo-Christianity appears to have been devised along the lines of a 'King maker' campaign during this re-branding. For all intents and purposes the Abrahamic faith system was cleverly re-tasked with a revamped messianic figurehead and then deployed as a psychological control mechanism. Any organisation capable of carrying out such an enormous and frankly obscene campaign isn't going to have a problem with treating human beings like cattle.  

The flaws with the artificial neuro-link methodology are numerous. In addition to the mediocre performance of the comms actors, is the fact that the concept of 'Adapt and overcome' is certainly not lost on someone experiencing the symptoms of psychological warfare. With the advent of the internet, details regarding mind control are easily found. As is the resistance to it and the accusations of governmental involvement. Beyond that, the clandestine world is based on the same principles as every criminal organisation that has ever existed:

Cash flows up, shit flows down

As a result of this blatant shunning of responsibility, much of what is occurring in this unacknowledged 'astral' field is basically just busy work. The inherent lack of profitable mechanism makes mind control a non material leverage tool. This requires the alteration of value systems and the imposition of what is essentially a slave - dominus relationship. Lauren Pritchard will be allowed to have her much valued 'psychic chat' with the supposed James Casbolt because she has done her masters bidding. The fact that it's some guy called 'Bryce' in a motel on the other side of the county is considered as a performance indicator in terms of perception management. The weaving of other peoples realities is a major currency in the contemporary era. Convincing people to do things that they would normally never even consider is accepted by the clandestine community as representing power. Achieving this through unaccountable methods is further proof of performance.

There is a school of thought that dates back to at least 1666 known as 'Redemption through Sin'. Basically humanity is written of as hopelessly broken, therefore we should commit as many sins as possible in order to bring about a massive shift in global philosophy. Not only is this frankly divergent mentality egregiously irrational, grotesquely Nihilistic and just straight up preposterous, but it's also hugely popular in the upper echelons of the clandestine community. It also forms an intersection between extreme Zionism and fundamentalist Shia Islamic principles. They believe wholeheartedly that the messiah is hidden somewhere in the global population and it's their responsibility to flush him / her out, thereby saving mankind. In addition, committing these sins by proxy represents a an even greater con. The goal is to get people to do things they would never normally do. Convincing them to mind control a hairdresser in Austin Texas into believing she is in a virtual relationship with a UK based 'super soldier' certainly fits that requirement. Up the chain it goes until there are a handful of people controlling those beneath them using the same methods and attempting to attach value to the process.

Ultimately convincing people to do things which would be considered as sins means that if the afterlife is real, then those conned by such methods will not be gaining entry to the good place. Instead it will either an eternity of listlessly wandering purgatory or it will be an appointment with the big red guy. He'll be the one with the trident, the red hot coals and a penchant for harvesting human souls. Furthermore deciding that peoples lives should be considered as a vehicle for creating esoteric gain in an unaccountable way, means that they can be used in a much more dynastic way.     

Mrs X from Austin decides she needs a haircut, she attends Laurens split ends clinic and learns that BoyZone are appearing in the local auditorium next weekend as part of their comeback tour. Lauren received this information during one of her many link ups with 'Bryce' and feels some urge to discuss it with women with split ends. What she doesn't know is that Mrs X was targeted with ELF-INT packets earlier in the week while Mr. X was out of town on business. The ELF packets delivered while she slept made her somewhat aroused by the memories of her teenage heart throb. During her sophomore years she was seduced by the suave Irish lilt of frontman Ronan Keating and can't wait to see them in person. After the concert she stops by an O'Reileys bar on the way home to continue the Eire themed evening. There she meets a second generation Irish / Polish chap called Mr. Y. or Pavel Doherty or something similarly stereotypical. Things go well and they adjourn to a nearby motor lodge to engage in an enthusiastic bout of unbridled physicality. So overcome by her Celtic Shirley Valentine nostalgia trip is Mrs X. that she divorces her husband and continues the relationship with Mr Pavel Y. Doherty.  They move in together, buy a widescreen smart TV and have several children. Hidden in the background of all of these 'coincidences' are the controllers of operative 'Bryce'. They have invested in a multi decade operation to create specific results from selective breeding programs. As it happens Mrs X. has a Mexican and First Nations lineage. The progeny of this inter-generational Navaho / Hispanic / Celtic / Slavic supremacy project turn out to have physical characteristics which make them noticeably faster, stronger and more cognitively capable than their peers. They grow up watching cartoons on the smart TV which just so happens to also feature subliminal programming. The ambient algorithms are delivered courtesy of Bryce's successors using vertical blank interrupts and audio brainwave convolution. The junior XYZ Doherty's have in effect been created as part of the next generation of so called 'super soldiers'. Two of them join the military and the other one becomes a criminal attorney. All go on to achieve notable accomplishments in their field and when they reach a suitable point in their lives, they get activated as the next generation of operative Bryce's. What began as a whimsical notion for a hair treatment ends up resembling a hybrid between The Boys from Brazil and The Manchurian Candidate. 

Admittedly the above hypothetical scenario is exaggerated for effect, nonetheless it does represent the type of insane meddling that such clandestine organisations have been (and are still) perpetrating right now all over the world. It's been going on for longer than anyone cares to admit and recently it's got a massive upgrade in terms of how many 'Bryces' there are piloting people in the blind.
