However the clandestine method relies very heavily on perception management. Therefore the value in making people believe that someone in the street is listening to their thoughts is quite high. Anyway, regardless of how much this fellow thought he was in the military, he was clearly yet another Sassenach with less balls than the mother who probably turned him gay. For the record, the author has no way of knowing what the mans actual nationality was, but he looked like a larper so that's enough to disregard his human rights. With such bigotry in mind, the author shifted into a professional modus and switched on the 'Bushido' drive.

The pathetic little runts that make up the ranks of the British civil service and their even more pathetic counterparts in the crown services supplier industries, have all been relentlessly mind controlled by the security services, the police and numerous perverted intelligence agencies. In amongst all of this multi generational dysfunction is some bunch of whacked out lunatics who believe in all kinds of retarded prophecies from thousands of years ago. These people are ideologues, they will believe any retarded fake shit that is handed down to them through their unaccountable 'psyonic' network. The simple truth is that nobody with any concept of investigation procedure would ever just go with 'the emotion of a thing' rather than verifying the evidence before they commit to an interpretation, never mind action. Their psychological telemetry system was developed with completely black budget funded, heavily classified infrastructure architecture.

So when a conspicuously dressed fop appeared before the author and lurked into his path, there was actually an incredibly high chance that he would be murdered where he stood and have his body dumped in the canal. Despite such boiling fury, the author somehow managed to retain his composure and used his professional training to essentially scare the shit out of this gormless fool. There was also an increased lack of tolerance for the larp play acting of a bunch of losers trying to convince the author that they had been checked out for psychological telemetry operations, which they obviously had not because they didn't have any understanding of frequency response specialist earphones. Instead like a bunch of feckless plums, they decided to use normal headphones and rely on their acting ability to see it through. They failed and the author told them to fuck off, literally hundreds of times - to their face. It was truly quite a testing time.

Enter from stage right; Mr Gormless fishing hat, who also looked a bit furtive and keen to prove himself as a convincing larper. As such when the author approached him like an emergency release from the Hoover dam, he blanched and hurriedly sidestepped out of the way and off the pavement into the grass. During the prelude approach, the author was focused on the mans expression. Testing this so called psychological telemetry larp was becoming increasingly necessary to make it clear to these low level agencies, that this particular target is going to react in ways you will never recover from. 

Needless to say, anyone that had been patched into the authors psyche at the time would have perceived something quite alarming. Such a state of mind can definitely be classified as 'killer intent' and is something that serious security professionals train to be able to detect. The methods branch into esoteric woo-woo, but do actually work and can not be rationally explained using western science. Being able to switch in and out of this profoundly operational state of mind, is what separates the average security worker, from a seasoned consultant. 

Hat boy was no professional and judging by the swiftness of his conceding right of way, he wasn't listening in to the authors thoughts. He was very keen to look like he was, but failed miserably because nobody with any training would ever detect that level of killer intent and not react in a defensive way, it's impossible. Anyway, hat boy balked, his bottle crashed, his larp folded and basically he lost in some dumb race that had been put together by some stupid clown earlier in the day, week or month. For the record, the author has no problem with the LGB community, has worked many gay club nights, womens clothes shops and various other pride friendly events. However it has come to his attention that there is a vast disparity in play in the LGBTQ+IAA2 .... blah blah blah community. The reality of homosexuality is comparable with intersex prevalence. Literally something like 0.00001 of the population are impacted by it. All the rest of the so called 'gay community' are simply the victims of the secret societies. There's no point in dressing it up and the gay community need to stop thinking that their secret is going to survive. They failed at being heterosexuals, or at least they perceive themselves to have failed at heterosexuality and were shoved into homosexuality or face a life of celibacy, loneliness and degrading psychological health. The forced conversion invariably occurred due to the involvement of a parent. The secret societies will stop at nothing to create more deviancy to earn their Judas fund payments. Forcing women to turn their sons into homosexuals is no problem for the most deranged of secret society members or their philosophical progenitors. Many of them are profoundly misogynistic because they were targeted by their own mothers or wives. So on the chain of fundamentally dysfunctional bullshit continues.

The end result being a nation that once controlled twenty five percent of the planet, is now merely a training camp for psychological terrorism which is then exported to the rest of the 192 countries in the WHO pact. An international alliance of profoundly corrupt civil servants and their commercial partners waging less lethal warfare on civilians. The banking dynasties have been acting as the money launderers and payhouses for this deranged cult of corruption for decades.

They receive some tiny titbit of a concept through the unaccountable psyoinic telemetry network and then try to maximise on it.

The main problem with this method is that these agencies are only interested in blackmail. It has become their daily bread and butter. It doesn't matter who the target is so long as they can be effectively controlled.
