Introduction

Clandestine control is often achieved through the use of MAS-INT, SIG-INT and ELF-INT. These technologies have been available to certain sectors of the clandestine world for many decades if not centuries or even millennia. Using them to control the population is highly effective in terms of creating an entirely spurious industry of so called 'intelligence' acquisition. This provides an environment where basically every single action of the individual can be used in some way to further the interests of taxpayer funded departments.

The number of clandestine organisations is frankly incalculable. Due to their obsession with secrecy, they not only have numerous representations within the police, military and government but also numerous internal factions and cliques. The average punter with no knowledge of their distributed structure is at a substantial disadvantage. This suits the clandestine world and they do very well out of it. It does not suit the average punter because they generally do not study the ruthless insanity of clandestine activity. Neither do they hold the same values. The world of intelligence, policing and security is basically obsessed with asserting dominance. It doesn't matter how it manifests as long as someone is exerting their will on others.   Who better to exert your will over than someone who has no concept of your methodology. This is the plight of an ever shrinking percentage of the population. Throw in some egregiously unethical practices and you have what could only be described as the perfect societal storm. 

It is with this background that TEFLONRABBIT came to join numerous others who have had extensive sections of their reality falsified by such cliques and factions. Unfortunately for these groups, falsifying people's reality can have an adverse and unanticipated consequence. Ultimately individuals who are in the dark in terms of the innumerable sources of mind control affecting them, can often behave in unpredictable ways. Any capable individual will have a pronounced concept of self determination. They navigate the requirements of daily life assuming that they are possessed of free will and informed choice. As a result many objectives of these groups amount to nothing. Such is the pervasive nature of this industry that the most trivial of decisions made by an individual can rain on someone's parade. Otherwise inconsequential decisions can render an entire operation with numerous anticipated outcomes being rendered useless. To such an extent that simply deciding to turn left at the traffic lights and go to the supermarket rather than turn right and go to the cash and carry can upset an entire clandestine playbook. The fact that operatives in some faction have spent days organising a perception management script which will influence the individual in some way, becomes utterly meaningless.   

With most people's daily life existing as a template of work, recreation and social interaction the scope for clandestine involvement is enormous. This can lead to an over subscription issue whereby so many agencies and secret societies have co-opted peoples lives, that they run into each other on a regular basis. While this in itself is considered to have value as a platform for the perpetual pissing competition, it does mean that a lot of piss (and shit) gets spread around. If there's one thing that these insidious factions do not like is when evidence of their pissing competitions is co-opted by some other faction. They would consider this unavoidable outcome to represent less value. If they are unable to re-spin it in some way, it is considered to be a failure in terms of constituting a successful and contained 'operation'. As mentioned, they are quite insane and there is no scope for any rational understanding of their incomprehensibly deranged agenda(s).

The more capable an individual, the more chance they have of being placed under surveillance by any one (or more) of these agencies. The fact that they may not be involved in anything even remotely illegal is no barrier. Any opportunities for low rent espionage and meddling with commercial activity are highly desirable for these groups. With their resource costs covered by taxpayers funds and the continual application of gaslighting and blackmailing, the profit margins are commensurately higher than a conventional business model. 

TEFLONRABBIT came to discover that dozens of agencies in the military, police and government had all been using the technologies listed above to falsify a reality in his everyday life. This is a realisation that many have been assaulted by. Terminology associated with this extends to such soundbytes as "Ambush awakening" or becoming a "Targeted Individual". Basically it means that an individuals entire life gets floated on an illegal commercial market and tranches of their time are bought and sold behind their back. Underpinning this morally bankrupt industry is a highly elaborate network of secret societies. Their minions exist at all levels of local and national government, the police, local councils and every single agency with RIPA capabilities. That's just in the UK, overseas nations have similar models and many of them are also included in the five eyes intelligence sharing network. Anyone being approached by employers overseas will undoubtedly have their communications monitored by both foreign and domestic agencies. 

From interactions in the workplace to trivial routines associated with everyday life, every single facet of an individuals  existence is co-opted by these unaccountable groups. When TEFLONRABBIT found out that they were being used in such a way, it transpired that it had actually been going on for decades. When this happens to people, many of them commit suicide rather than have every waking moment scrutinised according to the insanity of the clandestine world. If they do not, they are then considered to be an integral part of the clandestine world and are expected to submit to the incomprehensible desires of people who are demonstrably schizophrenic and generally suffer from a learned, disassociative disorder.

In certain cases, there have been individuals who have chosen a different route. They do not turn their destructive mania on themselves and instead externalise their aggression. Many of the live shooter events in the USA could well be as a result of HUM-INT failures. Generally speaking a failure of such magnitude creates additional work for sectors of the police, government and military. In this way these groups are guaranteed a steady stream of individuals who have been forced into no-win situations. If they kill themselves they create work for emergency services, coroners and funerary contractors. If they go on a deranged rampage in a stolen JCB, they create work for emergency services, vehicle recovery operators, insurance companies and so on. Whichever way the situation plays out, there will invariably be scope for process based 'busy work' for a variety of commercial businesses and so called public 'servants'.

With this self perpetuation of the industry comes an inescapable reality that these groups are essentially waging war on the civilian population. They do not care how many lives are ruined and neither do they accept that their value system(s) are quite clearly insane. When TEFLONRABBIT was exposed to this fundamentally alien mindset, it became obvious that the vast majority of those involved in the industry were not acting in a self governing capacity. In other words, they've all been manipulated into doing whatever their 'masters' deem necessary. Often these requirements are in no way logical and represent a ludicrous waste of everyone's time. Productivity and performance are considered secondary to the ongoing requirement to shuffle everyone around according to a bizarre concept of strategic maneuvers. The altering of their value system creates a pyramid scheme of compromised people, desperately seeking control wherever possible. Because these activities exist behind a veil of deception and perception management, the lack of accountability often leads to massive inconsequence and botched operations.

At this point it seems quite clear that we have established the parameters of the industry. The following is an uncompromising account of how one man came to experience the simultaneous waging of asymmetrical psychological warfare, by every clandestine group in the country. In fact there is evidence to indicate that it wasn't limited to his country of origin but had in fact involved numerous foreign clandestine forces as well. 

Prologue

Having experienced the usual rough and tumble of teenage interactions, the author moved to the nearest metropolis and sought opportunities not found in their original locale. After some further education and a lot of fraternity based interaction, he answered a job requiring men of substance for ongoing security work. The specifics of the industry extending to the security of licensed premises. Whilst not considered a particularly cerebral occupation, it can be a journey of self discovery that most men are incapable of embarking upon. Straight away any concepts of proportionate violence are rapidly altered. Witnessing, engaging with and controlling violence in a licensed environment invariably leads to  desensitisation. Injuries sustained during the course of such work also contribute to the state of mind required. To even show up for work requires a compensating mechanism in line with that of an F1 driver or a fireman. The average person lacks the required fortitude to engage with such a challenging  environment. Consequently the individuals who make up the tens of thousands of security personnel would rightfully be described as having nerves of steel. There is extensive evidence to indicate that the vast majority of them suffer from some form of PTSD condition. While this is also prevalent among police officers, the licensing regulations of security work do not extend to mandated psychological assessments. If a police officer or fire fighter is involved in an incident which involves major reductions in wellbeing or even loss of life, they are compelled to undergo evaluation and or a fixed period of counselling. This does not exist in the private sector and as a result the vast majority of operatives are not functioning at optimal levels of customer care.

It would be easy to assume that the PTSD experienced by security personnel is as a result of trauma experienced during violence. This is valid however it does not account for the greater dysfunction caused by the preludes to violence. The vast majority of incidents do not actually degrade into frenzied attacks. Instead they are a seemingly endless procession of situations which have massive amounts of negativity projected at security personnel. The mindset of the average reveler is (for the most part) not one of unbridled aggression. Generally speaking they have been on a night out with friends or work colleagues and are relatively buoyant in their demeanour. As and when their plans are suddenly altered due to a failure to gain access to any given premises, this demeanour changes. The use of alcohol does nothing to temper the emotions of the average person.

After a refusal even the most lighthearted and convivial person can be reduced to a vicious, hate fueled antagonist. In defence of this reaction it is quite normal to feel that a refusal constitutes some form of rejection. Usually the slightly intoxicated individual will be caught up in the social high point among friends or work colleagues. Invariably they have enjoyed several drinks in a bar or restaurant previously and are simply going with the flow when they show up at a controlled entry point. Due to numerous variables including seasonal demographics and wage cycles, their entry is often refused. If entry is permitted for other members of their group, this only heightens their feelings of rejection. They assume that they have been judged (and found lacking in some way) by persons who do not know them. In reality they have been and furthermore it was all done in a matter of minutes or seconds, usually without even engaging them in discourse. In many cases they have effectively been 'pre judged' based on their appearance and body language. This is where the unfortunate individual faces a situation which they generally react quite badly to. The best possible thing they could do is to say very little. Simply thank the personnel for their time and ask if they know of any other premises nearby. This has two effects; firstly it expunges any doubt in the mind of the security worker as to the good character of the individual. Secondly it indicates that the individual may well wish to return to the venue and enjoy the facilities on some other occasion. Security workers are quite accustomed to facilitating entrance to persons whom they have previously refused entry. As long as the refused patron hasn't created an ugly scene and have gauged the theme of the clientele accurately, acquiescing to their requirements at some time in the future is no big deal. 

Obviously many of these incidents do actually degrade into extremely visceral exchanges. For the most part, the confrontation is limited to an attempt to assert dominance. Logically, trying to tell security personnel the way it is doesn't represent the most efficient use of anyones time. 90% of the time there will be an unrelenting torrent of emotional insults. The other 10% is when the risk hazard becomes a reality. Historically people who have been refused entry or even ejected have returned with weapons. One particular incident in Liverpool involved a dispute in a nondescript, run of the mill pub. The individual was escorted off the premises by the proprietor and several regular customers. He then returned with a running chainsaw and attempted to inflict what would certainly have been fatal wounds on several of the patrons. The rather shocking footage depicts how several of the customers tackled the chainsaw wielding man with a collection of aluminium beer kegs. All in all it probably wasn't the easiest shift for the bar staff. This does represent somewhat of an anomaly or an edge case when it comes to instant arming by members of the public. The average violent situation generally involves less formidable weaponry. Among violent attacks on security personnel, knives or firearms account for less than 5% of all incidents. Generally it's simply a mater of street violence involving kicks, punches (and depending on the market) headbutts. Regardless, it's still a highly challenging occupation and anyone who has been employed in this capacity generally has had their compensating mechanism well tested.

Initially any security worker will seek to prove themselves. They want their employer and colleagues to have faith in them and the threat of serious injury is simply something that needs to be reconciled. Over time this reconciliation is tested as a result of unprovoked attacks, injuries and having to withstand overwhelming amounts of aggression. There is a school of thought that says that nobody should ever do the job for more than a couple of years. After a certain amount of unabated aggression has been experienced, the typical worker will start to suffer from a mindset that can best be summed up by the phrase;

Do it to them before they do it you

This attitude is echoed in numerous police departments where conscientious individuals have become hardened to moving amongst the public. To the point now where many US police departments are perceived as operating a policy of shoot first and ask questions later. The prevalent attitude is that these workers have families that they need to return to. Better that they employ a proactive philosophy rather than risk the massively negative impact of being killed in the line of duty. Obviously this has created a lack of trust between the public and the police. Likewise the average attitude toward security personnel is one of disdain. Most people do not understand the environment and their experience is limited to isolated encounters. The reality is that the police and security workers are simply products of their environment. Unsurprisingly security workers who handle non licensed premises rarely have to deal with anything more troubling than employees repeatedly forgetting their fob. When alcohol and other forms of intoxication become part of the scenario, things tend to descend into behaviour which could not easily be described as noble.  

Perimiters

The conurbation of Strathclyde in Scotland is considered to be one of the most violent markets in the world. Categorised as Europe's most violent city for decades, Glasgow has been the home of numerous organised crime syndicates, gang wars and sectarian feuds. The police are considered to be highly reactionary and the clandestine community are an integral part of the Catholic - Protestant divide. As covered in the TEFLONRABBIT.COM article Toora loora loora loo the entrenched knife culture has created a paradigm of confrontation. Despite recent efforts by the W.H.O to 'clean up the city' there are still thousands of men walking the streets with major scars on their faces. Once an individual is scarred in this way, they are cast into an underclass of society. Even if there was no basis for the attack, anyone sporting a facial scar will find their lives radically altered for the worse. Ironically someone who has been facially injured in a road traffic incident will also experience the same level of isolation. It really doesn't matter how they may have come by the scar, once they've got it nobody will trust them. It is with this risk that every security worker puts on their uniform and embarks on a four to five hour shift which will earn them the value of a minor grocery shopping.

Many bar staff and waiting staff resent security personnel because they get paid more. On average it's close to double the hourly rate of colleagues behind the safety of the bar. In order to illustrate the reality of the job, a simple scenario description often illustrates the reason for the higher pay. Were someone to offer a job of dealing with several highly emotional aggressors, most people would generally decline. Furthermore these aggressors will definitely go to extreme lengths to try and provoke a violent reaction. The entire scenario will be highly alarming, potentially cause a fear based adrenaline release and will last for approximately fifteen minutes. It may descend into violence whereby there is no legal right to utterly dominate these aggressors with overwhelming violence. Instead the expectation is to be polite but firm, use arm-locks to restrain them and then call the police. Remuneration will be somewhere in the region of the price of a Starbucks coffee. Obviously nobody in their right mind would consider this proposal to represent any form of value whatsoever. However, obtaining the equivalent price of this coffee every fifteen minutes for the four or five hour duration starts to sound a bit more like a reasonable exchange. It's still not worth it in terms of risk. However when shifts turn into weeks, months and sometimes even years without any notable violence, the package appears somewhat less offensive.        

Any commercial premises will have an affiliation with other bodies even if it's just financial. This is not uncommon across the fabric of society. All churches in England are affiliated with a section of the military. The average office block will include multiple layers of corporate involvement. Within all of this myriad of interconnected commercial interests, runs a steel thread of intelligence gathering. Contrary to what the media would have the public believe, the intelligence community is much larger than just the military or the police. Just because a commercial company doesn't announce that it's working with brokers of otherwise private, confidential and personal information doesn't mean that it isn't. In fact it probably is, because they all are. This is just as true for the soft facilities management company that hires a cleaner to clean the office toilets, as it is for the directors board of the national chain that owns the office. The guilds of yesteryear didn't simply peter out and drift into obscurity. Quite the opposite is true and the Corporation of London stands as the proof. Any multinational corporation will have operatives engaged in gathering intelligence. They are likely to be completely removed from the multinational corporation via multiple layers of abstraction. 

Many commercial operations include some form of certification for the employees. Most of them appear relatively trivial but quite the opposite is true. TEFLONRABBIT decided to take advantage of the prelude to the SIA certification. Licensing has become mandatory in the industry since, but the author enrolled in one of the pilot schemes. The main purpose being to command a higher hourly rate for the hours clocked up in various establishments. Over several years and as a response to legislature, more agencies and venues started compelling their security personnel to gain certification. As with any corporate associations, guilds or unions, the certification is always maximised to get the best value.   With not one, but four certifications, the author had no problem finding employment. The certificates were filed away and were mostly forgotten. That was until two decades later when it became apparent that the certification process came with an added aspect that was't declared at the time. 

Methods

The RIPA act 2000 came about as a result of regulation in the intelligence industry. It makes sense that this came several years after the first flurry of SIA type certificates started appearing. During the nineties whatever regulation did exist was considerably less than it is today. Then there was no recourse to question the activities of the intelligence or security services. The IPCO process is notoriously anti plaintive but it is at least compelled to receive complaints. The amount of clearly illegal activity that takes place under the mantle of 'intelligence gathering' is frankly incalculable. From the many strata of local police to the cloistered cabals of Swiss banking elite, there are decisions being made in secret which affect many, many peoples lives. Invariably the decisions have a negative effect on the lives of said people, however this is not considered as a priority. Quite the opposite is true, the greater the inconvenience or the more negativity that can be levied upon the people, the more effective the decision is considered to be. By way of an example the recent lock-downs damaged or ruined millions of peoples lives for over two years. This act of quite profound malevolence has been celebrated across the clandestine community as a formidable success. These groups wanted control of as many people as possible, ergo they had to prove that they were entitled to control them. For the most part they proved that they can. As such they will continue to do so. The psychological well-being of the population was only taken into consideration in terms of a parameter in the process of testing to destruction. In other words, how much they could they take before they snap.

The licensed security industry is a microcosm of this very methodology. Security workers are regularly tested in terms of how much they can withstand before they lose their composure and negotiate with a not insubstantial amount of prejudice. This makes them ideal candidates for sickening and gladitorial LARP (live action roleplay) scripts cooked up by the police or 'organisations with police like powers'. Not only are there a great number of registered informants who do not know that they are informants, but there are also a great number of operatives who also do not know that their lives are being impacted by decisions made without their knowledge or consent. The monies that are supposed to be paid out to them are simply embezzled by said organisations. The public purse is plundered using a variety of spurious 'person of interest' labels to justify the surveillance. Meanwhile regional teams representing these organisations use the operatives as a platform with which to conduct their immature pissing competitions. This egregious malfeasance has literally cost many people their jobs, relationships, businesses and with some, their sanity or even their lives. The reaction from the government has not been in any way proportionate. Instead of clamping down on this out of control, snitch nation paradigm, they have actively encouraged it.

The article Toora loora loora loo lists the many UK civil service bodies who have been awarded 'police like powers'. These groups consider themselves to be qualified to conduct 'investigations' using methods which have been developed in facilities such as Guantanamo Bay, Camp Zero in Iraq, The Maze prison in Northern Ireland and immigration detention centres across the south of England. Suffice to say these methods have precisely nothing to do with investigation. None of them are trained in public order and none of them study the psychology associated with interrogation. Instead they rely on confidence trickery to obtain a result which can be construed in the most profitable way. When the census workers call to ascertain who lives at a property, they're undoubtedly operating according to a script laid out by one of these departments. While they project an air of municipal authority, they are in fact using a variety of loaded questions in order to cook up justification for surveillance.

Attack of the Decepticons

Similar methods have been employed by organisations such as the BBC. Their TV licensing teams regularly doorstep citizens who do not appear on their registration lists. The legality of their methods is highly dubious and the law is in many cases is utterly disregarded. The law is quite clear, nobody may enter your property without your permission except the police. They need to have probable cause and / or a search warrant which has been authorised by a magistrate. The TV licensing wing of the BBC tender the work to bids from private companies, these companies have no legal powers whatsoever but they have been trained in perception management. Ultimately the resident could be sitting in front of their seventy inch wide screen enjoying a pirated copy of the latest cinema blockbuster and there isn't anything the TV licensing teams can do about it. When the representative states that they 'know about the unlicensed television being used on these premises' they are simply stating that they have no record of a TV license being registered at the address. The triangulation vehicles seen driving around residential areas in the 20th century were a total con. The equipment required to triangulate a passive reception of a broadcast is far greater than can be attached to a single Range Rover or (as it was) a yellow Commer van. Nonetheless, the representative will claim that their high tech methods have got the TV license evader bang to rights and that they need to register immediately to avoid a hefty fine. Otherwise they will surely return with the police and force entry. This part is not entirely fraudulent and in fact they do have the recourse to request assistance from the local police. However they are required to give you an appointment time.

Magistrates can not issue warrants solely based on 'intelligence' and will actually require evidence indicating that the law has been (or is being) broken. This means that the representative has to catch you in the act of watching the television and record it using some form of time stamped video surveillance. It's quite difficult to achieve said surveillance if the curtains are closed. If the issue persists, putting the television in the loft while the appointment is conducted prevents any evidence of there being a TV on the premises from being collected. The resident can literally have a TV stand with a dust mark where the TV isn't, various DVD players, gaming consoles and a remote control all sitting in plain view and neither the TV license rep nor the police can do a single thing about it. To take matters a step further, it is possible to purchase viewing screen which have no UHF or DVB-T receivers built into them. They can be seen in many department stores or even alongside escalators flashing adverts at passers by. This device is not capable of receiving a television broadcast from the BBC, independent channels or even Santa Clause. Hiding your paperback sized freeview set top box or disconnecting the ethernet cable represents no great effort and probably negates the requirement for a loft, a basement or even much more than a bathroom cabinet.   

The TV license debacle is but one example of the overly confident methods employed by what can only be termed as an industry full of bullshitters. Unfortunately this industry connects directly with a massively complex, resource hungry leviathan called the civil service. This is a problem and one which is only getting worse. To the point now where the population is essentially just a massive resource to be plundered using methods of perception management. These are techniques designed for the purposes of espionage and covert operations which have been developed in militarised environments. Throw in far reaching commercial and technological methods and the concepts of free will, self determination and informed choice are revealed to be mere illusions, at best.

Parameters

The vast majority of the interpersonal work associated with controlling the public involves endless repetitions of similar conversations. Increasingly these conversations will involve a member of the public who believes that they are some form of super spy. They employ a variety of methods in line with the TV Licensing representative mentioned previously. These methods have been acquired since they were targeted by someone else who thought that they were some kind of super .. blah blah blah. These conversations are repeated tens of thousands of times. Generally speaking, things work out much better when only one party believe themselves to be a cross between Swiss Tony,  Columbo and Gandalf the Wizard. Unfortunately these self professed super spies reckoned without the insidious thinking of their self professed superiors. Ultimately the incessant repetition inclines the security operatives to believe that they are indeed superior in many ways. Not least of all the capacity to consume alcohol without being a total dick. One thing that crops up, is that security personnel are much better at their job when they don't utilise a malevolent mindset. Contrary to popular beliefs in regards to  the stigma of the industry, reducing conflict is generally considered as success. This requires that said workers have as few connections to organised crime or clandestine groups as possible. None whatsoever would be the preferred option, however this can be somewhat of a holy grail and the end result is probably somewhere in between.

In a nutshell, urban public order benefits from enforcement provided by rural inhabitants. Part of it is about a greater propensity for civic responsibility and part of it is about organised crime syndicates. This is reflected across many governmental institutions and also in many more commercial markets.  Those employed in the industry provide eyes and ears for a varied melting pot of intelligence vendors. Just how many of these gig economy workers know about the vending of their information is another question entirely. TEFLONRABBIT didn't and when he found out about it decades later, he became understandably pissed off about it. The reference term Persons of interest includes the details of many individuals who were probably in a similar situation at some point. The manufacturing of profiles purely to justify surveillance has become a boom-town of iniquity and has been commented on in numerous articles on this website. Private enforcement is intrinsically meshed with local law enforcement and local intelligence vendors. The various departments form an interconnected relationship with the previously mentioned leviathan of national government. So it goes across municipal, national and continental borders. At the various interconnections is somebody, somewhere, controlling a greater access to other clandestine networks, or so they believe. They will be subject to levels of restriction and coercion in much the same way that their cohorts and counterparts will be. These networks believe in mutually assured destruction as a means of insurance. As has been mentioned many times on TEFLONRABBIT, these people are not over encumbered with the burden of rational thinking.

In previous articles we covered the bane of contemporary digital development, that being security through obscurity. Immersion in overly elaborate  layers of abstraction leads to contorted views of rational design or for that matter, reality itself. Consequently anyone attempting to communicate from outside the layers of abstraction is generally confused. This is in fact, the entire purpose of such abstraction. Unfortunately the concept of 'Vendor lock in' has been applied to many more product ranges and is not limited to digital software. The human condition is arguably subject to programming and remote operation. Many people have explained it as a vocation, a calling or just something they are heavily involved with. The devout perceive instruction from some higher power, and act accordingly. The inelegant truth is that it's probably not some form of all knowing deity, but some asshat that works for a government contractor. The use of PCM remote EEC (Pulse code modulated remote electroencephalography) provides a direct conduit to the human mind. This facilitates literal mind control which can be exploited for commercial purposes. It's so horrendously immoral that no nation will even formulate legislature to prohibit it. It sounds obscene and ridiculous however it's very real and it's been going on for much much longer than anyone wants to admit. 

Research into  the relationship between the human mind and the multiple clocks of the human environment has shown how the mind can be influenced by altering (or disconnecting) the clocks. It seems logical that a lot of the symptoms reported in terms of detrimental psychological conditions could be related to these altered or disconnected clocks.  The upshot of these disconnections is that the individuals who have been programmed display symptoms of a confused mind. Those attempting to communicate with them on a rational basis are constantly assaulted by meaningless and out of context rejoinders. Eventually the communicator will seek to shut down any interaction on the grounds that their interlocutor is quite clearly mentally ill. The fact that this profound mental illness has been manufactured to fulfill the purpose of unaccountable communication is utterly irrelevant. To the person receiving these disjointed and ill conceived outbursts of gibberish, it makes no difference what the motivation may be. The apparently schizophrenic person babbling away in front of them could be the future prime minister or they could be a deranged itinerant. It really makes no difference.

Ultimately there is a great deal of veracity in the statement "The English never say what they mean". Obviously it's not just the English (any more) and what they say has invariably been co-opted for the purposes of clandestine control. Unfortunately for them, their paradigm is totally saturated with the confusion detailed previously. This makes for an entirely spurious mechanism when it comes to actually getting anything done. The schizoid mindset extends into every facet of their existence. Consequently when a job requires instant judgement based decisions, such a mindset is really quite useless. Hence the value in having security personnel who are not (knowingly) part of the clandestine community For the purposes of an analogy we will revisit our old chum Mr X. as he engages in one of societies oldest activities. 

Ms Y. challenges her neighbour Mr X. to a game of noughts and crosses. It's a simple game that inhabits a cross section of strategy based competition rules which have been utilised by humans for millennia. Unfortunately for Ms Y. her opponent has been inducted into the disassociative abstraction mindset mentioned previously. Mr. X refuses to play the game because he believes that were someone to be aware of him engaging with it, they could form highly elaborate conclusions based on the interaction. Someone might see him engaging with Ms Y. and misconstrue his gaming cooperation as some heinous malevolence. Ms Y is understandably displeased and questions his decision. Due to the nature of the clandestine cult which Mr. X inhabits, explaining his motivation is completely out of the question. Consequently he chooses another path, that being to get someone else to play noughts and crosses with Ms Y. In this way he isolates himself from any possible misinterpretation but also retains some form of control. In order to maximise this control, he chooses a male substitute and goes straight ahead with misconstruing their gameplay as some fiendish plot against Ms Y, Ms X, Ms Z,  Mr and Mrs A, B, & C and in fact, society itself. This philosophy extrapolates over time and eventually it becomes normal for anyone inhabiting this cult to  behave in a similar way. What began as an entirely trivial example of human interaction is hopelessly co-opted by a contorted and deranged mentality. The greatest factor in the perpetuation of this ego fueled toxic narcissism, is avarice.

The adjustment of value systems is critical to maintain such essentially flawed thinking. As a result, Mr X. believes that behaving in this way is actually fulfilling some greater purpose. He will expect some form of minor gratuity from his controller(s) and will consider it a highly successful 'operation'. Ms Y is not part of this deranged cult of make believe and consequently perceives the entire thing to be the result of mental illness on the part of Mr X. She is of course, quite correct in her assumption. However what she doesn't know is that Mr X. didn't arrive at this point of confusion as a result of his own actions or by way of some congenital illness. He was specifically targeted by a cult of mind control. A cult which has origins in deep antiquity. By engaging with Mr X. she has come to the attention of his handler(s) and will undoubtedly be targeted at some point in the future. The proxy based game of noughts and crosses will be leveraged as 'intelligence' that Ms Y is in fact a clandestine operative and was clearly working against the interests  of someone. Mr X. knows this to be untrue, however he persists in this methods. Mainly because he has been led to believe that involving Ms Y (and the gaming proxy) in this meaningless yet elaborate scheme will lead to some form of gain on his part. In order to maintain this philosophy, his handlers do indeed remove some consumerist obstacle they had previously placed in his path. Mr X has had his value system completely altered and perceives this removal to constitute some form of boon granted to him by his feudal masters. This further evidence of extensive mental illness illustrates the inherent flawed thinking which forms the backbone of the cult.  

Those who have been deliberately kept out of the cult provide a platform for mindlessly antisocial activities such as the noughts and crosses debacle. Ms Y goes through life assuming that a great many of her peers are somehow mentally deficient. The fact that she and all those in the same situation are the victims of a cult of deception is never made clear. That is until too many Mr X's are perpetuating ludicrous instances of pointlessly elaborate interaction. At that point things can get a bit messy. Mrs Z decides that she doesn't like the way that Mr X. has created all his false evidence of conspiracy through the medium of proxy noughts and crosses. Mainly because she didn't come up with the idea and resents him currying favour with his masters. To counter his apparent gain, she sets up a game of snakes and ladders with Ms Y which will prevent Mr X. from using his preferred method to achieve any greater gain. Also because like all other cult members, she is under a directive which states that she must always be seeking to make gains, or prevent others from making gains. When Mr X. learns of this competing recreation based interaction, he perceives it as a direct threat to his proxy based subterfuge and doubles down on his efforts. Due to the minds of Mrs Z and Mr X being hopelessly deranged, they both perceive this board game scenario to represent some form of social battlefield. Ultimately they have both been effectively brainwashed and the best thing Ms Y could do would be to excommunicate both of them.  

While the above example sounds ridiculous, it is actually quite accurate. These types of scenarios are being played out every day in cultures all over the planet. It is behaviour that most conscientious adults would consider to be the remit of primary school children, desperately competing for status in the playground. There are actually numerous parallels between unevolved mindsets and arrested development mindsets.  One of the last parts of the mind to develop during formative years is the area of the brain that humans use to calculate cooperative endeavours. In other words the vast majority of the clandestine community have absolutely no understanding of what 'sharing' constitutes. This extends way beyond the material and includes the conceptual and the esoteric. To be quite blunt about it, these people act like petty children, they have endless resources and there are fucking millions of them.  

The land of the blind

There are two responses to reading text such as this. Those who have been left out of the cult will perceive it as conspiratorial rambling. Anyone effectively brainwashed by the cult will probably have stopped reading some time ago. Because their thoughts are not their own, they are essentially too scared to ever allow themselves to even think in negative ways in regards to that which controls them. To even consider that the cult may be a self perpetuating mechanism invented purely to prevent humanity from evolving, would be to invite hostility from their masters. Interacting with these people can be profoundly challenging for anyone deliberately left out of the cult. The number of broken relationships and divorces stemming from this egregious incompatibility are too many to calculate. This point can not be stressed enough. The contemporary existence of the cult has come about as the result of pointless bullshit spanning several millennia. Several previous articles have included parts of the following biblical quote:

The LORD said, "Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them. Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, so that they will not understand one another's speech." So the LORD scattered them abroad from there over the face of the whole earth; and they stopped building the city.…

Being a confirmed Pagan, this author would rarely rely on scripture to illustrate a point. However the above Genesis text contains a phenomenally relevant truth. As many of the clergy will attest, the scriptures are not always intended literally and one must think outside of the box in order to derive greater meaning. The Tower of Babel narrative appears to refer to linguistics and in many ways that is accurate. However there is a more subtle interpretation which reveals that it was never about people actually speaking different verbal languages. To believe that everyone on Earth used the same mechanisms of speech prior to an intercession by a deity is simply facile. Instead the scattering of the languages refers more to an epistemological constant being removed. The article Macro social engineering & covert control details how this so called scattering of languages came to define our current human paradigm. Those who have been excluded from the cult do not have their languages scattered. As such they find it inherently awkward attempting to interact with those who have. This constitutes a major philosophical disparity and disparity is fertile ground for deception. Without a steady supply of people who are excluded from the cult of scattered languages, the cult turns on itself and invariably loses out in terms of making gains.

If Mr X. is unable to find anyone to play his proxy noughts and crosses game, his entire scheme collapses. As a result, Mr X. finds himself propelled into a career in education. With an overview of a section of the community, he is able to identify which of his pupils will make for reliable proxies. This in itself is essential for the cult to perpetuate because as time passes, individuals will seek to educate their offspring in the ways of the cult. In some small way, they consider that their actions will spare their progeny the heinous reality of being compelled into joining the cult. This will prevent them from having to  endure the asymmetrical psychological warfare synonymous with the previously mentioned brainwashing.

Ms Y. has conducted her life in accordance with the values laid down by her culture. Wok hard, don't exploit others and enjoy life as a consumer. Outwith these constraints she believes that her life is her own and she is responsible for her own actions. This is not actually true. Ms Y. has been targeted as a member of a control group. Any experiment requires a control group that is excluded from the parameters of the rest of the experiment. This goes some way to proving the integrity of the experiment in the first place. However this experiment is not conducted in a petri dish and instead inhabits the societal framework built around everyone on Earth. Consequently it goes wrong on a frighteningly regular basis. The countless wars that have plagued humanity stand as proof that the experiment is highly flawed in it's conceptual foundation. Every member of the cult can perceive the shortcomings of living life in this way, but few have the fortitude to speak up about it. The vast majority of them would turn their back on their masters in a heartbeat but are too scared that their insurance will be used against them. As grotesque as this is, it does actually represent the largest human control method in existence today. 

For the first four decades of his life, TEFLONRABBIT was an unwitting member of this control group. By the time the fourth decade had elapsed, the incessant disjointed gibberish being spouted by his peers had resulted in fairly extensive trust issues. Maintaining faith in human nature is quite difficult in the security industry and unrelenting deception underpinning a social life, can only ever produce negative results. After some extensive and self motivated retraining TEFLONRABBIT moved away from enforcement into digital development. There he found a far more satisfying and considerably more lucrative occupation. Unfortunately the cult is everywhere and the world of software development life-cycle is by no means immune. Anyone subjected to years of deception will begin to question their reality. If their peers, employers and confidants are all cult members, the chances are that this questioning of reality will extend beyond that which is nearest. With the internet providing instantaneous access to alternative and 'new age' information, the rabbit hole was impossible to avoid. Skirting the flame wars of the so called 'Truth' community occasionally, the author primarily focused on historical anomalies. 

The history of the human race is possibly the most secretive areas of investigation anyone could ever hope to engage with. What we can be sure about in terms of recorded history exponentially decreases with every preceding year. If we can be 90% sure about the records of the 1800's, 50% sure about the records of the 1100's then how sure can anyone be about what happened even two or three millennia ago?  The mainstream narratives rely on the authority of academia. Unfortunately for academics, the release of the TCP/IP protocol devalued their authority to the point now where any objective and rational person will automatically distrust many explanations provided by Wikipedia, the British Library, British Museum, Smithsonian Institute, Royal Society and so on. As it happens, people who are aware of these massive discrepancies often have a vested interest in making sure that nobody else broadcasts doubt in regards to the veracity of the narrative. This explains the common phrase used among inhabitants of English speaking nations:

You need to be careful what you say

Unsurprisingly, TEFLONRABBIT wasn't particularly deterred by this mealy mouthed, slack jawed lolly gagging and went straight ahead and shared his doubts about the nature of our reality. In hindsight this was probably erroneous on his part. Had the above phrase stated that if you do not be careful about what you say, you will be relentlessly gang stalked by a determined cadre of broken minded sycophants then he probably would have paid it more heed. Again, disparity provides a viable platform for deception. The phrase is deliberately left open ended so as to invite challenges from those who believe in the free exchange of ideas and opinions. It is the goal of the establishment to label such people as conspiracy theorists, truth activists and dissenters. Furthermore the cult is so inexorably intertwined with the establishment that increasingly implausible narratives are forced on the population. This ongoing effort exists to prove that those who are scripting the narratives are entitled to control the population. If too many people reject the narrative then that proof ceases to exist. The forces that be have become quite familiar with the existence of a dissenting minority. Their response should logically be manifested in terms of creating more compelling narratives, but it isn't. Instead the concept of narrative enforcement becomes the focus of the daily lives of literally millions of people.  They are brainwashed into believing that they are conducting terribly important work for the establishment and that it is their honour and duty. Again it is quite apparent that these people are not weighed down by rational thinking. The mindset created by ongoing immersion in deception does not subscribe to the shared philosophies of a common covenant.       

In many ways it could be reasoned that excluding individuals from this cult of deception makes them the perfect candidates for policing it. This is certainly what the world of private security values and it would not be unreasonable to imagine that other industries have similar philosophies.  There is of course the possibility that the individuals that make up the control group are just as mind controlled as everybody else. In fact it's highly likely that they're even more mind controlled than those who are fully aware of their clandestine involvement. This disparity is necessitated by the inability of cult members to behave in pragmatic ways. Constantly seeking to make gains through a default attitude of deception and perception management, renders these people as hopelessly incapable. Conversely those who have some form of conscience do not need (and could never benefit from) management delivered through the medium of public school syndrome. The syndrome and it's propagation values sociopathy and unswerving obedience is considered as a prerequisite.  The senior echelons of the cult grudgingly accept that anything important requires capable individuals to ensure it's delivery. Occupations that demand a high compensating mechanism are not complimented by a mindset of deception by default. 

Due to the majority of these clandestine groups being about as professional as an amateur clown school, much of what is claimed to be 'work' is entirely fraudulent. The use of blind informants who are then invoiced for as fully trained operatives is prolific across the entire industry. Somewhere in the morass of civil service corruption exists a risk of exposure for the individuals facilitating such fraud. The most accessible method employed to avoid exposure is (unsurprisingly) further deception. Unfortunately for these apparatchiks, they can end up in a snowball of lies cascading down the mountainside of procrastination, directly toward a brick wall of guaranteed destruction. Anyone falsifying an informant profile runs the risk of being put under pressure by the discovery of the deception. This creates further layers of deception and perception management. Ironically this is perceived as being good for the cult because it gives them a series of sizeable cans to kick down the road. Any parasitical industry that is so closely interwoven with facets of the civil service will mirror the policies of their host. The civil service is synonymous with a job for life, average pay and an entire universe of bureaucracy. The stereotype of the civil servant is someone that spends the vast majority of their time engaged with busy work and passing the buck. While this is a caricature of pen pushing clerks, it does ring true in most departments. In any other industry those responsible would be rightfully held to account. However when the greatest tenet of the profession is perception management, any effective con is considered as good work. This includes gaming the system to create gain. If the malfeasance creates more busy work for multiple operatives, it's considered as excellent work. With such a half baked philosophy at the core of what these people do, it's no wonder there are so many high profile disasters.
