It could be argued that IG-INT is really IG-SEC. However this arguing would represent a substantial amount of work. None of which could be considered necessary or really of any value whatsoever. It is therefore a platform for disparity which can be co-opted. However there is a distinct dollar value attached to such co-opting which can be met here.
